...to show me a baby messier than mine!
Sam has reached full (ok not full - no walking yet) mobility, including feeding himself finger foods and pulling himself to a stand (which of course breeds pulling everything with reach down for a closer look). He's unbelievable; he can go from right next to me in the kitchen to down the hall, into the office and straight at dad's ipod cable in like 3 1/2 seconds flat. There should be Baby Olympics, he would kick some diapered toushie. :) I just have to make a post dedicated to some of the messy excursions he's had - well, the ones that I thought to take pictures of, anyhow:
This one happened in the 30 seconds it took me to put toothpaste on my toothbrush and put it in my mouth the other day

This one while I was putting the vacuum away this afternoon
The real bummer was that I had just put the vacuum away and my floor wasn't clean enough to just scoop all those Cheerios back into the box. Good thing I have a diligent cleaning crew at my disposal 24/7. :D
This one is the best one. We ran out of baby food the other day, and our pediatrician has encouraged us to start introducing more solid foods into Sam's diet, so we opted to give him his first Spaghetti dinner. I knew it would be messy, but nothing could have prepared me for this!
Oh, man. He seriously went from still-kind-of-tame large red perimeter around the mouth to full-blown Spaghetti Head in the scant seconds it took to wet a paper towel and get it over to him. I took one look, tossed the paper towel and drew a bath. :D
What a cute little mess we have.

WOW. Little kids are awesome because its not dinner unless it ends up past your eyebrows and in your hair. Time for all those obnious child proof locks.
